Looks like a giant iPhone.

Why It Takes Forever to Sync My iPhone?!!

Anyone experience the same? Used to be a few second or cap at 2 minutes the most! Now it's like 30 mins still >>> Sync in Progressssssss...! And I've to stop the syncing manually as the phone is getting very hot!

!! Pain !!

And now I realised that even I stop the sync half way, the applications have also and have already been transported over vice versa, nothing is missing! So tell me why the >>> Sync in Progresssssss.. ?? The phone must be sleeping! Grrr... Please don't do it again!

Mmm.. it's getting late.. time to sleep.

Darl will be back to the office early tomorrow morning.. and I'll be alone..
Kor asked me to go 'pei' him queue at Courts.. =/
mm.. better switch my phone to silent mode first.. Hahaha!!! =P

Tripod on iPhone

iPhone comes with a camera function that doesn't have any features. I'm not kidding!

I've downloaded almost 3 dozens of photography related applications to try out, and I think Tripod is a great application. Recommended to use if it's getting a bit too dark to focus, it gives you pretty sharp photo that comes with a slight noise as trade off. Well, still better than a blurry photo.

The next thing I'll be shopping for, is a night mode application. Any recommendation?

moreMono on iPhone

It's so hard to get Darl shopping for his stuffs, he got mood one. If he's not in the shopping mood, even there's big sales, mad sales, crazy sales, he can still remain very calm. Asked him to replenish a few more trousers, he can tell you, not today. =.="

What a rare sight! He bought 2 pairs of shoes within a day! Haha.. But his shopping also very standard one, usually stick to a particular brand only.

The photo of New Balance is taken using an application called moreMono (Red Edition).

It automatically desaturated all the colors other than red, and leaves only the red on. What a cool app!

Mosaic on iPhone

Yesterday I told Celine I do not have any calendar. Today she brought 3 and all are for me! Yeah! =D

I choose this one for myself, MDA's calendar, looks like Habbo Hotel hor...
Hehe... Dunno what is Habbo Hotel? Tell you next time.

Btw, the photo on the right is taken by an application called Mosaic.

Here I selected 3 parts per photo, you can select as many as you want. All you need to do is to point at the object you want to shoot and touch the screen, it will capture the object in the part that you touched, continue to do the same for the rest of the parts. Then save the photos after done. Just that simple!

MoreLomo on iPhone

Saw the photo I posted via Mail2Blogger the other day? It's taken with an application called Morelomo.

What is LOMO?
Lomography is a commercial trademark of Lomographische AG, Austria. It emphasizes casual snapshots photography such as accidental over-saturated colors, lens artifacts, exposure defects in order to produce swirly and abstract effects - a trait emphasized by practitioners.

Interesting huh! After shooting the photo, you can opt to save the photo in both original and lomo style. Simple and easy to use, you will love the outcome!

Sheep Launcher on iPhone

One of the games I played on iPhone is this Sheep Launcher. It's supposed to be a sheep but the sheep goes on vacation so they got Santa sit in for him. Haha! So funny!

Very interesting game, all you need to do is to keep tapping on the Santa so that he will fly higher and higher in to the sky and into the space! Full of surprises up there! Check it out!

Coordinate on iPhone

This application is very interesting, and it's free!

You can change the original color of an item to the color you desire in a few simple steps. With this you can do the color coordination of your room's design, or to match clothings .. etc..





By the way.. the cushion on the chair belongs to a colleague, I think it's some kinda monster..!!?! The pink one on the left is the original.

It is very easy to use and it does a good job.. see now I can change a purple barney to maroon in seconds! Haha..

Eight Glasses a Day on iPhone

This iPhone application helps to track how many glasses of water you drink a day. It's very simple, just tap one glass whenever you drink one. If you make it to 8 glasses, you will be rewarded with a "Tips of the day".


That day we went Kolomee, Kor helped me tap.. "You drink 1 barley, Darl drinks 1 kopipeng, I drink 2 barley.. then you drink 1 coke.... bla bla bla.." Wah.. very fast almost 8 glasses liao.. but this is call play cheat la.. hahaha!!

That day my kor say my phone not user friendly, then he jio me video call when he knows iphone doesn't have the function, after that he says my phone will BOOM!!! And today he says why no blog on iPhone, is it the phone something wrong!!! You tired of living is it!!!!?!?!?!

I'm very occupied with my phone now... tell you what... I'll come back to you on this!!!!

Where is my iPhone!!!

I've already expressed my interest online since dunno when so long ago until I also forget already! How come there is no response yet?! Maybe I didn't sound sincere enough?

Eve said CCM called the telco the other day and said,"I'm very angry." Guess it doesn't sync with the tone and mood, so didn't manage to deliver the message through effectively. I think the telco staff who heard that still doubted and maybe wanted to reply,"Oh is it?"

Eve said she got angry hearing that less then convincing remark, I guess she took over the phone to re-express the anger, and congratulations CCM will be getting his iPhone today!

Why is it getting so long for the stock to come in? Some of the retailers are urging us to place a booking fee and assured that we could get the stock faster, however the telco refused to comment and their lips are really tight leaving us no clue on the stocks.

What's so big deal!!!

Queueing for iPhone

Passby the handphone shop and saw people paying for iPhone over the counter. Yeah! Stock replenished! I approached the queue counter to queue for a queue number, ya.. queue for queue number, see how good is their business!

Reached my turn and I told the staff that I'd like to buy an iPhone, but he said it's not open to public yet. So I asked him how do I get one as I'd like to get one now, immediately.

You will need to express your interest first.
Huh??? I almost wanted to tell him - Yes I'm interested.
After a short pause, he said,"You will need to express your interest online."

I was thinking what crap is this, buy an iPhone so mafan, not that you monopolize the market and you have to make your customers go through this.. I visited their website, luckily it's not something like - Please express your interest in 50 words that kind of stuffs...

Darl's company actually can help to get priority queue for iPhone, I was hesitating then Darl says - you express interest to me, i express interest to my company, then my company express interest to the phone company. Then when the stock come the phone company confirm interest with his company, his company confirm interest with him and he needs to confirm with me.. Wah.. so complicated!

Shopping for a New Handphone

Darl & I ordered this.

We ordered this for Dean.

No special occasion.
Just happened to passby Dean's house so pick him up for dinner.
At the same time to shop for my iPhone and Darl's N97.
Iphone - no stock.
N97 - ...

Talking about the N97 really make me angry. The telco offered me a $100 re-contract voucher and told me that I could get any phone from the outlet and offset with a paperless voucher. We calculated and that we only need to fork out $438 so we happily went down to get the phone.

"The voucher got write, cannot use on Starbuy item, where is your voucher? Show me." Walau.. your staff says paperless lor, show what! Then she says, now starbuy price is $538, very cheap already so cannot use voucher. If you want to use voucher okie lor we nett off the $100 from the non starbuy price, so $588. Walau.. the Starbuy price is lower than the recontract price!!

I asked her, then your company offer me that voucher for what? Then she proposed, or you want to buy Samsung? Samsung also very good, then you can use the voucher lor coz not Starbuy item. I only want to buy N97. Then you wait till the starbuy end then buy lor.

So the voucher no use one lar?
Ya actually the voucher no use one.

What the hell!! Treating your customer like an idiot??
I called them 2 weeks ago to feedback on this, no reply till now.
Luckily they didn't monopolise the iPhone market.

It's been a long time since i last blogged.. Wondering how have I been for the past 1 months? In short, good!!!

Where should i start? Let's start from this morning, easier.

It's a beautiful Friday morning, Darl sent me to work as usual. Pass by countless traffic lights and finally reached my office at the Ulu-ulu place. Bumped into my previous dept's supevisor at the building entrance. First thing out of her mouth, "come back and help me la~". =.="

She is now the head of the dept, congratz to the promotion. So what happened to that boss from hell? Well, who cares. She asked me to go back to help her, to make it sounded attractive, she says I just need to do approving this time, unlike the last time where I've to do both implementation and approval and work no day no night for 7 days a week.

Why le? She asked.

Even those who are not from same dept also know why.. hahaha.. This is not the first time already, and she even go through the big big boss, and the big big boss approached my current boss to ask her to release me to go back to help her. Got such thing one meh?? Wa-piang! Win liao lor... Everyone is shocked with her action. Anyway, let's not spoil the mood of a beautiful Friday.

As usual, reached the office 45 mins before the official start work timing, collected a cup of hot coffee from the pantry to go with anything edible found on my desk.. while reading archiving deleting emails, printing notes, tidying my work station etc..

Beep beep.. SMS received.
Dean says he is off today but is with the boss. Erm.. apparently not his boss. This boss is tough and difficult. He was with him since 10am to almost 3pm without break. The last update says he gave up liao. Haha.. I told him, should have waited for me then we can finish the boss faster! Well, so end up I lunch alone lor~ So I called Darl and asked him about his opinion on getting an iPhone.

What is a moo~moo?

Very naturally, when people see a cat, they will call it mimi, see a dog will call it ou~ou or poppi, see a Teddy will call it bear~bear. However, one thing tat puzzled me was, in my office i sometimes overheard one calling another - "You bird~bird la~" !??!?!

Anyway, tonight I would like to introduce you to a little pet adopted by Dean, in his iPhone. He calls it moo~moo, guess what it is!
