Have a simple Chap Goh Mei dinner at home tonight.

Darl cooked his signature pork belly.

I cooked a super simple chinese cabbage soup. Doesn't look very interesting. =P

And rice. That's all. Hehe...

Very simple, but very full!

Red Crocs

I had an afternoon nap and I dreamt that I lost my red crocs, I ran home sobbing, then I saw my mum wearing an old black cloth shoes, and my sis wearing a pair of shoes, one side brown and one side blue. She says these are rejected goods and she managed to find the sides that fits her and pay a very low price for it... So looks like they can't afford to get me another pair of shoes... sob sob..

My mum says she always dreamt about having no shoes and clothing to wear because that's what she has experienced in her childhood... I wonder why am I getting such dream, maybe because I couldn't find the 2 small crocs above.. sort of misplaced it, so sad. I just called my mum to tell her about my dream.

Anyway, I feel like sleeping again now and it's only 8.30pm. Darl Darl says if I want to sleep I will have to eat the fruit-fruit he cut, took the med-med and drink the milk-milk first. :( Don't feel like drinking milk-milk tonight le... @_@ puke~

Fly Kites

After dinner at Kopitiam, saw a lotsa kites in the sky so we drove towards the direction. What a beautiful sunset...

Got sting ray, batman, hawks, lizards, sotong and many more! LOL!

A Super Heroes Dream

Darl said he dreamt about superheroes last night, sort of having a world conspiracy or something big going on.

Wah! So you are one of the superheroes with special power?
No.
A detective?
No.
A civilian?
No.. I'm the person watching the TV.

Huh!! You are already watching TV all the time, in dream still must watch TV.. so boring one..zzzz =.="

I very scared to go buy Toto, coz everytime I buy Toto everyone looks like wanted to scold me. The one inside the counter asked some questions that I dun understand, the people queue behind looks very impatient.

Anyway, I've successfully bought a $2 quick pick tonight. I told my sis if I won, I'll bring whole family to Hokkaido backpack! Darl asked me why backpack?? Because backpack more fun mah! Hahaha! Let's go backpack for 1 month! Or maybe to New Zealand in a Caravan! Or cruise around Europe all the way to the Northpole to see aurora light!

So excited, almost feel like packing up already! Also wanted to downgrade to a smaller house for easy housekeeping. And buy a Jeep for myself!

Kekeke... Better don't dream before the egg hatch... @_@

Ｌ：小姨到机场送机时买给我的东西。
Ｒ：小时候的铅笔盒。上下都可以开，而且里面还有暗格。

　

Ｌ：中学时的偶像，现在觉得他们的造型很老土。
Ｒ：我的笔名吸引了不少笔友！哈哈！

　

Ｌ：只上了两个礼拜，一半以上的课都没有老师出现。记得第一堂地理课，老师说在这个没有四季的国家永远都不会下雪，既然没有机会看到雪，跟你们说你们也不懂，所以这堂自修。　
哇！！！　有这样的老师！

Ｒ：一张有猫咪图案的圣诞卡，好喜欢。

十年前还流行寄卡，现在有ｅ－ｃａｒｄ，ｅ－ｍａｉｌ，ｆａｃｅｂｏｏｋ，ｓｍｓ．．时代不同了！

污染指数不高 空气却有焦味（2010-02-24）

　　截至昨天下午4时，本地24小时空气污染指数达到47点。虽未越过50点，也就是“适中水平”的警戒线，但却是在过去一个多月来最高的。

　 　根据国家环境局网站上的资料，空气污染指数曾在1月20日达到50点，此后一直在20多到40点之间浮动。因此在1月的第二和第三个星期，每个星期因上 呼吸道疾病到综合诊疗所就诊的人达到了1万6000个，超过了警戒线，甚至一度直逼疫情高发期（epidemic threshold）。

　　根据卫生部网站上每周更新的流行病数字，今年以来因急性上呼吸道感染到综合诊疗所求诊的人数一直居高不下，几乎每个星期都比去年同个时期高，直到上个星期农历新年前才稍微回跌。

　 　与本地人比较熟悉印尼烟雾不同的是，新加坡几乎在每年9月开始经历的烟雾多是受西南季候风影响，从印尼苏门答腊地区飘到本地。但本区域的2月到3月初期 间属于干旱期，刮的是东北季候风。环境局发言人受询时说，在这段时期内，降雨量会有所下降，所以本地与本区域的林火都可能为空气中增添些烧焦的味道，也可 能会造成能见度降低。　　

　　不过到目前为止，环境局仍无法确定这次的烟雾来自何处。　

　　根据18日马来西亚《星报》报道，柔佛州泥炭地发生森林大火。虽然当时火势已受控制，但仍有180英亩地在抢救中。

　　我国民防部队表示，本地从上个星期六（20日）开始，共发生了六次丛林火患，单单前天就有四处火患。

　　今年2月本地共发生88起丛林火患，其中前半个月发生了约70起。

Sick for almost 3 weeks liao... Started prior to CNY and I've missed all the CNY goodies back home, and now almost Chap Goh Meh liao but still haven't recover so unfair!

Actually just seen Doctor less than a week ago as I almost cough my lungs out. Doctor asked me to rest for 2 days but I don't want. I had a nightmare that Celine almost strangled me because I leave her to lunch alone... Haha!! No la~ mysteriously I cough only at night and am perfectly fine during the day, plus that I'll be very bored at home, so I'd rather go to work.

But now getting worst with inflammation and fever and Doctor is having a hard time prescribing medicine, she ordered that I be grounded for 2 days!!!

Despite the soreness in my throat, I'm still having very good appetite. I had Kway Chap for lunch and I finished it all by myself! Very contented, went home and ready to take my medicine.. Wah!! A full course of 30 capsules, 2 to be taken 3 times a day! Doctor says this is a very mild antibiotic, the stronger one would be in total of 10, 1 to be taken 2 times a day. I see... quite make sense though...

I have a good nap after that and now the temperature is 36.5°C and I'm feeling hungry again! But the throat is still very sore... help~~

Lohei @ Work

This is my second lohei this lunar new year. One of my colleagues, obviously very hungry already, kept reminding on the freshness of the Salmon so as to start the makan early. Another colleague, obviously wanted to go home early, very quickily pour all the ingredients without reciting any blessings! Hahaha! So funny! I should have video it down!

Cute Jug @ Work

I bought a cute jug for $20, made it Japan. But it looks too fragile for 120°C, don't you think so? I wonder how long would it last.

This jug is for office use because we are not allow to boil water in our office, so I've to buy a jug instead of a kettle, every morning go to the canteen to ask for hot water.

The other day a new colleague told my manager that there's something wrong with his computer or connection that he can't print documents, the manager says"Nothing is wrong, you can't print because you are not manager!" His jaw almost dropped, and he said "Are you kidding? This is the first time I heard this". I almost wanted to calm him down,"Of course! This is only your first day here!"

Blood Test

That day went for blood test, poked the wrong finger, end up cannot use iPhone efficiently.. pain pain..

Next time should use other finger.. haha..

正月初七（人日）捞鱼生

农历正月初七是人日，和一班同乡好友到莆田餐馆捞鱼生。

今年捞的第一个鱼生。

今天吃了很多虾虾。。

还有许多没有吃过的菜肴 - 莆田 style 的菜。

Chicken craw peanut soup, assam fish, pork belly. All are my favourite!

The legendary D24 Durian paste! Very nice though it looks a bit.. hmm..

这个朋友家特别多客厅。 两个客厅中间隔着一个鲈鱼池。

今年好像特别多小朋友， 这是其中一个。今年一岁，好可爱。
