Basically this week is going to be a busy week.. no time to blog..

Sarawak Laksa

Due to the appearance of 小强 yesterday, we've decided to skip gym in order to clean our house upside down and inside out today! We are going to hunt down all the 小强 and their cucu-cicik!

Whatever it is, we gotta have our stomach filled first. Deon called in the morning says he feels like Sarawak Laksa today, yeah!! So we all gonna have Sarawak Laksa for lunch!

One of the stall in Bedok has the best Sarawak Laksa in Singapore, they are very generous in the ingredients and are charging at a reasonable price for such rare food in Singapore. However, according to the Tauke, very soon there will be no more laksa to eat, because their paste supplier in Sarawak has stopped the production. They are very selective in the paste used to keep to the standard, so they are not sure if they will continue to sell Sarawak Laksa. So sad.. =( I quickily took a photo of it, in case Deon crave for it again, then I can give him the photo to lick.. wahaha!


After the booster, we had our 6-hour cleaning marathon, I took care of the kitchen and my darl took care of the living room + bedroom + study room.. hee hee.. like not very balance.. nevermind la, I'll give him a good massage tonight.. hee hee..

Day end closing balance = we found another adult 小强 plus 2 small one. Reasonable la, a family of four.. and our house is now 小强 free!! yeah!!

Pork Belly Rice

Knowing that there is a newly opened food court nearby, we've decided to give it a try today. The food court is within a new residential area, though the flats are not fully occupied yet, but very soon they will, and the food court will become the main eating place for the residents.

We ordered pork belly rice and fish and chips. I love pork belly very much and whenever I dine at Ajisen I will order one kind of their Katsu Don, and almost every time the different person taking my order will highlight that it's pork belly and reconfirm my order, haha. But too bad they no longer serve pork belly rice. If anyone know of any nice pork belly rice around, please recommend!

Anyway, coming back to today's pork belly rice, it's quite oily, half of that piece is actually the fat, I slowly trimmed the fat off, leaving just the skin and the lean part, but the whole thing ended up looking gross.. yiak.. I didn't finish the food. As for the fish and chips, it's kinda tasteless too. Before the meal, I have in mind to order some dessert, but after the meal I changed my mind.

On our way back, we passed by a mini mart, knowing that I am attracted to the big Magnum (advertisement) tie to one of the poles at Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, my darl bought me a Dark Chocolate favour Magnum. Hee hee.. though the lunch is disappointing, the dessert rocks! I'm very contented now! Thank you! =D

Follie vs 小强

"Just now i blog half way feel hungry, then I go to the kitchen wan to make milo to drink. Then i saw got one 小强 at the sink there, I didn't scream this time, I go and confront him. I use Sheltox stand far far and spray. At first the 小强 pretend nothing happen, after awhile he starts to gabra, I know he sure cannot tahan one. Then hor he runs my kitchen one round, purposely one! dirty dirty like that anyhow walk up and down my bowls and plates there, then to the stove, to microwave then back to the sink. I angry I go and take out my broom to scare him, then you know what? He fly out of the sink wan to bite me!! I scream very loud, I think he tio chok then he fell to the ground, pelanting. Now he turning in circle playing merry go round, ok la you win la... I very tired I want to sleep liao la.. angry ah... zzZzzz.."

Small Bag~Bag

Got another bag as birthday present. =D

The red one is from Deon. It may look very cina, but it's very useful. See.. It is just the right size for all my lunch needy! And what I like most is that the opening is at the side, I find that it's easier to reach out for things with this design.


The purple one is also from Deon, sometimes back from his overseas trip. It can also fit all my stuffs, smaller version stuffs.





The pink one is from my darl during our trip to Japan. Very cute.. can put coins. =D

Games

I enjoy all kinds of game since I was little. The first game introduced to me was a Popeye game on a small handheld gadget. When I got my first computer from my uncle, I played Pac-man and Bubble Bobble, it was a 286. Later, I was attracted to my cousins' Super Mario and Michael Jackson's Dance played on a TV, it was a Sega Game. The very first story-based game I played was Might and Magic IV, introduced by my darl during college time, and I still remember that I have choosen the dark-path and got a certificate of completion when I completed the game! I'm the Lord of the Dark! Haha.. The scariest game I've ever played is a Play Station game called 'Resident Evil/Diablo', that was during my uni time and I almost spoilt my housemate's joystick. Then I moved into something moderate like Zoo Tycoon, The Sims, Civilization etc.. I enjoyed both simulation games and strategic games. I also enjoy adrenaline challenge game like Need for Speed, and my dar even got me a steering wheel with accelerator set!

The next level up is the exploration into online games. A world where players interact and team up to solve quest - basically, you are not alone! It is amusing that every individual character moving around in the game is controlled by a human being behind the scene, they doll up their characters, control their facial expression, and can even get married in the game!

I moved from PvE game to PvP game and that was quite an experience. In PvP game, you are not only fighting against the monsters, you have to watch out for other players who might give u a critical stab at the critical moment, for their own glory! It's pretty much the dark side of people in the unreal world.

Having played so many games.. I think it's time to take a break from the unreal.. and get real!!

Sick

Didn't take medicine, i wan to fight the pain without external help! The best medicine to sickness is rest, have a lotsa rest and don't think too much.. you'll get well soon..

I've had enough rest and I'm now bored. Since i quited the online games.. I become so free all of a sudden. Whenever i come home from work, there is no rush to on my pc anymore. I did not quit those online games intentionally, but somehow, i just logon lesser and lesser, until one day I almost forget my login password!

The game has lost it's charm to old gamers as there are no new quests and challenges being introduced, especially to cater to the pro. But surprisingly, some of my loyal buddies are still hooked on to the game after a good 2 years and are aiming to top the ranking list. I've spent like $1k+ throughout, think back, i should have used it on better stuff, food maybe. hahaha.. However, the hardcore gamers will use the word 'invest' instead of 'spend'. So obviously i'm not a smart investor, i haven't earn anything yet! haha.. But having said that, actually gains are not all the time tangible, it could be reputation, fame, the sense of achievement, fulfilment within self and friendships.

My properties are level 130 Dark Knight and level 110 Dual Blader. In fact I have dozens, but these two are my main and most chio-bu one.^^ Haha! And one of them has a level 160 pro-Bishop boyfriend! =D
