So Real Yet Unreal

So many people were having events, celebrations and all kinda big feast lately, I also dun wan to lose out!!

I had a wine buffet last night with lotsa nice food. First of all, I had a glass of red wine, it's so smooth and ain't dry at all! Followed by dessert wine that's so fruity and chilling, no word can describe, I think it's the best wine I've ever had! Wanted to have another glass but started to feel a bit giddy, so I think I better fill my stomach with something solid first. I ordered a medium ray steak that's so tender and nice, and it comes with a lotsa shiitake mushroom.. I simply love the gravy! There are also lotsa oysters, shashimi and crabs!!! And lotsa delicious dessert that looks like jelly packed in beautiful wrappers for you to take home! I'm so so so happy that all are my favorite food!!!

Suddenly the music stopped and the lights on, the waiters came to clear the table! Huh! But I haven't finish my food le..!!?! Then I realised that it's only a dream.. :( Why so fast the dream ended.. today I am not working le.. please can I continue... :(

I did fall asleep again, but this time round keep looking for toilet, and I find myself trapped in a building full of hair salons.. and they keep promoting their service - Rebond and color got offer, today only!

Grrr... feeling so pissed, dun wan to sleep liao.. wake up to play Social City better..

That day a client called, very nicely at the beginning, and slowly started to confront me with a series of yes or no questions, and I was caught in a situation where some of the answers were contradicting. And I realised that the client was well prepared and most likely had rehearsed the scripts before calling up. True enough.. after the interrogation he shouted ,"Why your system like that!!! Do you think it's fair!!!"

Put myself in his shoes, I think it's not very fair, so I apologised and he knew what comes next and he said,"I don't want any refund, I want to speak to your manager, I want an explanation!! NOW!"

I know he is not scolding me, he merely wants his grievances be heard by the in-charge and he wants to hear something assuring from the higher authority. In situation like this, holding him up will only worsen the atmoshpere, so...

I approached my manager.. and he started grumbling..

"Obviously he is wrong ma.. he has to follow the system not the system follow him.."

"I told my manager,"..but other system is not like that one le.."

"Other system lenient but they cannot take it for granted..

"But I feel a bit too rigid like that.."

"But I think he has a point le.."

"No la somemore he is a lousy client.. no case la.."

"Aiya.. What he wants now?!!"

"He wants to speak to you la! You are the manager ma!"

Found a new game in facebook, called Social City.

It's very easy to maintain, just increase the populations and unlock the facilities & factory. Everything on the map can be moved and relocated, including the road, carpark, building, trees etc... The only thing that irritates me is you can't change the orientation of the buildings... =.="

Cannot suppress my laksa crave anymore, called the laksaman to find out his new location and went for a laksa brunch! It has moved to Kopitiam and selling at $3.50 now!

But sadly, nowadays anything that put into my mouth doesn't turned out as expected. It's either not salty or not spicy enough, sometimes it can be as bad as tasteless.. I started to believe that it's my problem. :(

Crave for Curry & Fish

Last night I said I want to eat curry fish head, so Darl brought me to Upper Serangoon to see if there's anything like that. We settled down at a Hainanese Curry Rice Stall and had a dinner for only $10.50. (Including a can of soya bean drink) That's cheap!

Fish! The clear gravy is very very tasty! It's sour and appetizing!

So we have Curry and we have fish for dinner indeed! Hehe!

I had an afternoon nap and I dreamt that I lost my red crocs, I ran home sobbing, then I saw my mum wearing an old black cloth shoes, and my sis wearing a pair of shoes, one side brown and one side blue. She says these are rejected goods and she managed to find the sides that fits her and pay a very low price for it... So looks like they can't afford to get me another pair of shoes... sob sob..

My mum says she always dreamt about having no shoes and clothing to wear because that's what she has experienced in her childhood... I wonder why am I getting such dream, maybe because I couldn't find the 2 small crocs above.. sort of misplaced it, so sad. I just called my mum to tell her about my dream.

Anyway, I feel like sleeping again now and it's only 8.30pm. Darl Darl says if I want to sleep I will have to eat the fruit-fruit he cut, took the med-med and drink the milk-milk first. :( Don't feel like drinking milk-milk tonight le... @_@ puke~

I very scared to go buy Toto, coz everytime I buy Toto everyone looks like wanted to scold me. The one inside the counter asked some questions that I dun understand, the people queue behind looks very impatient.

Anyway, I've successfully bought a $2 quick pick tonight. I told my sis if I won, I'll bring whole family to Hokkaido backpack! Darl asked me why backpack?? Because backpack more fun mah! Hahaha! Let's go backpack for 1 month! Or maybe to New Zealand in a Caravan! Or cruise around Europe all the way to the Northpole to see aurora light!

So excited, almost feel like packing up already! Also wanted to downgrade to a smaller house for easy housekeeping. And buy a Jeep for myself!

　　截至昨天下午4时，本地24小时空气污染指数达到47点。虽未越过50点，也就是“适中水平”的警戒线，但却是在过去一个多月来最高的。

　　根据国家环境局网站上的资料，空气污染指数曾在1月20日达到50点，此后一直在20多到40点之间浮动。因此在1月的第二和第三个星期，每个星期因上呼吸道疾病到综合诊疗所就诊的人达到了1万6000个，超过了警戒线，甚至一度直逼疫情高发期（epidemic threshold）。

　　根据卫生部网站上每周更新的流行病数字，今年以来因急性上呼吸道感染到综合诊疗所求诊的人数一直居高不下，几乎每个星期都比去年同个时期高，直到上个星期农历新年前才稍微回跌。

　　与本地人比较熟悉印尼烟雾不同的是，新加坡几乎在每年9月开始经历的烟雾多是受西南季候风影响，从印尼苏门答腊地区飘到本地。但本区域的2月到3月初期间属于干旱期，刮的是东北季候风。环境局发言人受询时说，在这段时期内，降雨量会有所下降，所以本地与本区域的林火都可能为空气中增添些烧焦的味道，也可能会造成能见度降低。　　

　　不过到目前为止，环境局仍无法确定这次的烟雾来自何处。　

　　根据18日马来西亚《星报》报道，柔佛州泥炭地发生森林大火。虽然当时火势已受控制，但仍有180英亩地在抢救中。

　　我国民防部队表示，本地从上个星期六（20日）开始，共发生了六次丛林火患，单单前天就有四处火患。

　　今年2月本地共发生88起丛林火患，其中前半个月发生了约70起。

Sick for almost 3 weeks liao... Started prior to CNY and I've missed all the CNY goodies back home, and now almost Chap Goh Meh liao but still haven't recover so unfair!

Actually just seen Doctor less than a week ago as I almost cough my lungs out. Doctor asked me to rest for 2 days but I don't want. I had a nightmare that Celine almost strangled me because I leave her to lunch alone... Haha!! No la~ mysteriously I cough only at night and am perfectly fine during the day, plus that I'll be very bored at home, so I'd rather go to work.

But now getting worst with inflammation and fever and Doctor is having a hard time prescribing medicine, she ordered that I be grounded for 2 days!!!

Despite the soreness in my throat, I'm still having very good appetite. I had Kway Chap for lunch and I finished it all by myself! Very contented, went home and ready to take my medicine.. Wah!! A full course of 30 capsules, 2 to be taken 3 times a day! Doctor says this is a very mild antibiotic, the stronger one would be in total of 10, 1 to be taken 2 times a day. I see... quite make sense though...

I have a good nap after that and now the temperature is 36.5°C and I'm feeling hungry again! But the throat is still very sore... help~~

This is my second lohei this lunar new year. One of my colleagues, obviously very hungry already, kept reminding on the freshness of the Salmon so as to start the makan early. Another colleague, obviously wanted to go home early, very quickily pour all the ingredients without reciting any blessings! Hahaha! So funny! I should have video it down!

I bought a cute jug for $20, made it Japan. But it looks too fragile for 120°C, don't you think so? I wonder how long would it last.

This jug is for office use because we are not allow to boil water in our office, so I've to buy a jug instead of a kettle, every morning go to the canteen to ask for hot water.

The other day a new colleague told my manager that there's something wrong with his computer or connection that he can't print documents, the manager says"Nothing is wrong, you can't print because you are not manager!" His jaw almost dropped, and he said "Are you kidding? This is the first time I heard this". I almost wanted to calm him down,"Of course! This is only your first day here!"

Actually it's from Bugis to Iluma, but I've decided to reverse it.

The white snowflakes thingy combined with the vertical red bricks thingy is a shopping mall called - iluma. One of WOHA's design.

How far is it from Bugis? About a diameter length of a tyre distance I guess.

Once Upon a Time - The Balrog Ship

While organizing the albums found some old memories such as this one, done by one of my buddies. That's Dino, Iku and me on a Balrog Ship. Saw that noob helm on my head? haha.. that's so long ago when i wore that.

The Balrog ship sails between Victoria and Orbis daily on a 20 mins interval. Among all the ships this is the only one that you can't rest on the deck, coz it passes by some Balrog nest I guess and you may bump into one if you are really "lucky". I remembered the day when I finally saved enough for my first trip, happily bought a 1-way ticket and boarded the ship, going to Orbis for the first time! Yeah so excited!! But was soooo lucky that a Balrog flew by while I was AFK. Zzzzz... Got eaten of coz. During those days 80k is a lotsa meso okie! The DKs earn meso the hard way!

Nowadays there are so many alternatives to travel around, I wonder if anyone still take this ship, maybe it's almost a ghost ship now...

Have been eyeing on a Ferrari Puma Bag, but ended up buying Converse instead. Coz got sales - 20% off.

It's 100% PVC, so it's water proof i guess. The texture as per pic on the right, seems durable, therefore it's also quite heavy. Would be perfect if it has a lighter color interior and a softer and more comfortable grip.

Now I have a bag big enough to carry the bulky DSLR! Not really for gym though.. haha!!!

Btw, they gave me a pack of red packets - being the first I get this year! Yeah!

Darl went back to office yesterday, from 7am i guess, till noon. He called and asked me to take bus to Bedok to meet him for laksa.

"No", I said.
"Ok I chia you a cab ride".
"No".

So he grabbed my kor to lunch with him.
After lunch he called me,"You want me to ta-pao for you?"
"Yes, I want kolomee"
"Can you chia me one mouth?"
*think think.... "Ok"
"Your Kor says he also want one mouth, can?"
*!!!!!! "You one mouth he one mouth, then I eat what?!! Faster come back la! I hungry eh!"

Over here, I'll just show you how the charts look like, will not include the data report, ok? Or else will be too lengthy!

Why It Takes Forever to Sync My iPhone?!!

Anyone experience the same? Used to be a few second or cap at 2 minutes the most! Now it's like 30 mins still >>> Sync in Progressssssss...! And I've to stop the syncing manually as the phone is getting very hot!

!! Pain !!

And now I realised that even I stop the sync half way, the applications have also and have already been transported over vice versa, nothing is missing! So tell me why the >>> Sync in Progresssssss.. ?? The phone must be sleeping! Grrr... Please don't do it again!

Mmm.. it's getting late.. time to sleep.

麦当劳因为循众要求所以决定推出小叮当幸运福星系列中的“猪”玩偶。但事到如今，也未免变得有点多此一举。。。

之前因为缺少一个生肖而放弃收集的顾客，现在同样的也无法收集整套，因为较早发行的生肖玩偶都已售完。而且“猪”玩偶要等到四月份才开始发行。。。不知道还有多少人会买。

我已经收集了我要的玩偶，这才看到香港的比新加坡的美!

Ebay 有人卖，可是$12 vs $2， mmm.. 还是什么也别买比较好, 省钱省空间。

Tripod on iPhone

iPhone comes with a camera function that doesn't have any features. I'm not kidding!

I've downloaded almost 3 dozens of photography related applications to try out, and I think Tripod is a great application. Recommended to use if it's getting a bit too dark to focus, it gives you pretty sharp photo that comes with a slight noise as trade off. Well, still better than a blurry photo.

The next thing I'll be shopping for, is a night mode application. Any recommendation?

Spent a night at the Resort World/Sentosa 1 week prior to the official launch.
Thanks to Sabrina for the invitation.

The restaurants at the hotels were all fully booked so we went Siloso Beach for Teppanyaki.

Had a walk by the beach after the dinner.
En En was so excited to play with the sand and water!

After that, still not quite enough, so had another round onshore.

The sun finally set and now is our turn!!!

Ordered a jug of Bourbon Whiskey & a Terquila Sunrise. Definitely not enough but En En started to make noise coz she only gets to drink orange juice, LOL.. No la~ Guess the music is getting too loud.

So we bid farewell to the beautiful place and returned to hotel.

I've been eyeing on this at the particular bakery shop for a long time. Finally bought it, but then it's not that fantastic afterall. The pack of 4 is selling at $4.20, if you buy loose would be $1.60 ea.

I'm very looking forward to the green one coz i like green tea favored stuffs, but it taste a bit weird. >.<" The rest taste a bit too sweet for me. Personal preference la~

Home Cook - Lotus Soup

So excited, haven't cook this soup for a long time already.

Ingredients:

300g of pork ribs
300g of lotus root
100g of peanuts (uncooked)
1 carrot
8 red dates (seed removed)
some cuttlefish slices
some wolfberries
some dry scallops

Let's get started:

1. Blanch the meat into hot water to wash away the smell.
2. Transfer the meat into a pot of boiling water.
3. Boil for a minute and remove the layer of scum.
4. Add lotus root and peanuts and bring to boil. (carrot, red dates, cuttlefish, scallop, wolfberries can be added at the later part at own discretion.. lol..)
5. Cover lid, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
6. Add salt to taste before serving.

Chinese name of the dish : 莲藕花生干贝鱿鱼红枣枸杞子萝卜排骨汤

It's so hard to get Darl shopping for his stuffs, he got mood one. If he's not in the shopping mood, even there's big sales, mad sales, crazy sales, he can still remain very calm. Asked him to replenish a few more trousers, he can tell you, not today. =.="

What a rare sight! He bought 2 pairs of shoes within a day! Haha.. But his shopping also very standard one, usually stick to a particular brand only.

The photo of New Balance is taken using an application called moreMono (Red Edition).

It automatically desaturated all the colors other than red, and leaves only the red on. What a cool app!

All you need to do is to point at the object you want to shoot and touch the screen, it will capture the object in the part that you touched, continue to do the same for the rest of the parts. Then save the photos after done. Just that simple!

One of the games I played on iPhone is this Sheep Launcher. It's supposed to be a sheep but the sheep goes on vacation so they got Santa sit in for him. Haha! So funny!

Very interesting game, all you need to do is to keep tapping on the Santa so that he will fly higher and higher in to the sky and into the space! Full of surprises up there! Check it out!

Guess you may have already heard of how McD has caused a stir by omitting the piggy in their Doraemon lucky charms featuring 12 Zodiac in the Chinese Astrology. Worst when one of their counter staffs told the customer "As a halal restaurant, McDonald's could not display or sell Pig soft toys." (Quoted from ST Forum dated 07 Jan 2010)

O.o Soft toy also got halal not halal one meh? erm... I'm really not that sure...

Anyway, I had McD for dinner today, purposely to get Doraemon in my sis & my zodiac. =D Oh ya.. Dean also a goat hehe.. but this one is called a Ram. I guess you dunno what I am, coz that green thing looks more like a frog I guess.. wahaha!!! The froggie also cannot tahan.. laugh until pelanting...

Home Cook - Chicken Soup

Today break record scored 90% mark for my cooking! Yeah! Cooking half way already feel like eating, so sms Darl and asked him quickily come home! Haha!

Actually only cook 2 simple dishes = Rice + Veg + Meat only. The thing on top of rice are some seasoning bought from Japan.

This is one of my favourite vege : Nai-Bai.
Ingredients : Garlic, Scallop, Mushroom

This is Chicken Soup
Ingredients : 500g Chicken (4 drumsticks), 4 mushrooms,
ginger, wolfberries, sesame oil, rice wine.

Let's anyhow cook! Haha!

1. Clean the chicken & cut the ginger.
2. Wash the wolfberries & soak the mushrooms.
3. Heat up the sesame oil.
4. Fry the ginger slices lightly, then the mushrooms.
5. Add in chicken and fry on high heat for 1 min.
6. Add rice wine to boil with chicken, then add salt.
7. Add water to boil, then add wolfberries.
8. Simmer at low heat for 30mins.

Ready to serve!

Plot : The epic is set in the year 2154 on Pandora, a fictional Earth-like moon in a distant planetary system.... (Quite lenghty to mention here, refer wikipedia for more info.)

The beginning of the show is quite interesting. I love the glowing jungle and the adventurous encounter. And the feeling of being high up on the tree and in the sky! But actually I expect to see more, haha!

But overall, quite good la, at least it's something different from the commonly shown type..

I suppose this is a very precious photo, because no photo is allowed at this food court. I was stopped by one of the waiters from a Jap food stall, "No video no camera! No video no camera!" He ran shouting from behind. I turned back, puzzled. Aduh, his stall is not even within my eyesight. I don't understand why there are so many restricted areas here. Next thing, the food. We ordered Lotus Rice from the menu, "Sorry we don't have this today, not today." Then we ordered Xiao Long Bao,"Sorry, not today." What is so special about today?! ... And think there's nothing much to comment then..

There's this gigantic legs in the shopping mall, that actually belongs to someone - a very tall person! Interesting!

The Kopitiam Square that opened 2 days before Christmas is located right next to the Compass Point @ Sengkang. It has a food court and a wet market with car park facility on the roof top. FYI, the parking fee has to be paid by Kopitiam Card. I'm not sure what will happen if you do not have a card to tap at the exit.

We went last night, it's quite big with a wide variety of food, but it's quite warm in there even with lotsa fans installed. Nonetheless, it's still a good news to the residents here, can have more choices, and can cross over to Compass Point for a walk after the meal!

In the last episode, Vick (T.O.P in Big Bang) died, Jin Sa Woo died, don't quite understand why they made Kim Hyun Joon die too in the last 2 mins of the show. No wonder most reviews say the last episode ruined their day. I've already read about the ending before I watched, or else I'll be quite shock to see him shot too.

Unsolved mystery : Who's behind IRIS? Who's Mr Black? Who killed Kim Hyun Joon?

People are speculating that there will be Season 2... not that looking forward as the main leads are all dead. Don't tell me Baek San take the lead then I'm not gonna watch! Or maybe Kim Hyun Joon comes back to life like what Jack Bauer always did?!

Who Can Interpret My Dream?

I had a dream that is so weird.

I was looking for food in the kitchen, didn't know whose, doesn't looked like mine, anyway I found some cookies, biscuits and chocolate and they were very nice! Suddenly, a woman I didn't know asked me to pack up my stuffs for immediate departure to Australia. Everyone around me dare not speak up, I saw fear in their eyes and it seemed like if they speak they would have to die. I'm not going until I get the answer, I went up to her again and she screamed back,"Just do as I said!" In my heart I think, "Seow liao, 造反啊!!"

The next thing I knew, I was walking on the street in a dress and a pair of (both side unidentical) socks. Exactly the pair I put on to sleep. The socks kept sticking to the snow on the ground as I walked and I almost wanted to remove them.

I ran 2 blocks down and I remembered, or rather I assumed a friend staying nearby on the 8th floor but I couldn't recall which block, actually I didn't even remember the whole place. I starting counting the floors from the void deck, and checking out the clothing to see if I could identify them. Unfortunately the sky got dark and my eyesight got poor under the dimmed light.

Next thing I knew, I was in the middle of the crowd at a road junction, everyone around me spoke Korean. Then I walked into an alley, I saw a signboard above my head that said "Enter At Your Own Risk", and I realized a construction going on above my head, I ran too fast not in time to brake, so instead of turning back, I dash towards the exit at the other end in full speed, but it got narrower and narrower, I was stucked and it was pitch black.

Suddenly the sun rose and I saw colorful rays of light like rainbow, I even saw fairytale liked butterflies, they were almost transparent and glowing, so beautiful! Suddenly all the colors were sucked into some where, I saw my foster parents sitting by the bedside with a musical box in their hands. Am I in New Zealand now? I haven't hear from them for 10 years! They were not surprised to see me, they even asked me to go to bed earlier.

I waited till they fell asleep and I opened the musical box. There was nothing in the box, but I saw a shadow on the wall. From the glossy laminating on one side of the wall, I saw it's reflection. It stretched out it's hand, so I stretched out mine too, to shake it's hand. And I realized that it's right hand appeared to be left hand in the reflection, so I changed to left hand. Then I asked, "Does God and Spirit exist?" I heard no reply, perhaps sound couldn't transmit through the reflection. Then my foster parents woke up and asked,"Who are you talking to?"

And I woke up from the dream.

The first thing I did, I stand in front of the mirror trying to shake hand with the reflection, it's true that u have to use your left hand to shake a right hand that's a reflection. How strange that logic appeared in my dream where everything else doesn't seems to make sense.

The Sweet & Sorrow of 2009

I've been trying to sum up the whole of year 2009 since this morning but have no idea how to write. I saw people summing up with fulfillment and achievement, even not so.. they are also able to express every bits of their feeling from the heart.

Anyway, I just want people to feel happy reading my blog, though some may have noticed the change in trend, I hardly write nowadays, mostly let the photos do the talking. keke.. lazy..

Went to the gym alone on my off day. Feeling so delighted to be able to wander around at Orchard for leisure during a weekday, and during working hour some more, to be exact - it's 10am on a Wednesday!^^

Then, I overheard this conversation in the changing room :

A : Later after medicure I go high-tea with the who, want to join us or not?
B : Today cannot le, must bring my dog for grooming.
A : Ok la~ then c u tomolo, remember to go xxx branch hor, not here..
B : Tomolo Body Pump not this branch meh?
A : Tomolo is Spinning Class la, the instructor there better~ and more handsome~
B : Oh, ya hor.. Body Pump is Friday 2.30pm, not tomolo..

Walau eh... these people seems to off everyday!!! They looked too young for retiree age, way too old to be students too, maybe 10 yrs older than me gua... why no need to work one?! @#$%^&*#!

Then there's this lady, she's blowing her hair when I reached, when I'm done exercising she's still in front of the mirror - Oil painting! Cannot blame her also la.. I only exercise for like 20 mins.. hehehe.. then spent around another 30 mins or so in the steam room + shower + dry hair + make up.. LOL!

Done with the gym, wanted to go for a haircut... not sure if my hairdresser is available coz she always go traveling one, even if she's in town, you didn't make appointment in advance maybe she'll sleep till late then come, or maybe she's fully booked? Erm.. Let's go Kino to get a book so that I can have something to read at the salon.

I ended up spending the whole afternoon there!! LOL!! And again, the haircut mission failed. 舍不得 cut my beautiful hair ma~ Haha.. But it's getting very dry with split ends.. sooner or later will have to cut~ sad~

Food catered for 35 pax. Not quite enough, so they called for Pizza Delivery, but when the food arrived we have already started the game, and some people already left... I also left early, because it's Winter Solstice Festival and I have other program!

Bakuteh for dinner, haven't been here for a year, suprisingly it's not very crowded, but also took them more than half an hour to serve, and very disappointed with the soup, almost tasteless. I think I cook one taste better...

Nice food @ Changi Village.

First time eating the.. err.. Chilli Fish or what? dunno..spicy but nice!

I remembered the first time Dean brought me here it was an afternoon and I perspired like mad. LOL. But because there are a lotsa nice food here, so we still keep coming back. =D

This is the Sport Council where we (used to) play badminton.

Went Raffles Place to visit some colleagues the other day.

Today one of my friends posted something in facebook, something scary - her maid. She says her maid is scary, because her grandma can die so many times.

After that everyone started brainstorming.

Maybe her grandpa married many times?
Maybe her grandpa has a lotsa wives? Supergrandpa!
So my kor suggested that she ask the maid how many more left..

Lesson learned, next time get new maid must ask them to write down the name list of their whole family. LOL!!!

BeeHoon + Coffee + iPhone

I like Bee Hoon in all forms be it fried, boiled, soup, dry, Malay style, Indian or Chinese. Coffee must be sweet and milky. iPhone for News Headlines, Facebook & emails.

I usually reach office early bcoz I don't like to rush, with this I can slowly enjoy my breakfast set, for almost an hour! LOL..

But today I didn't touch coffee for the whole day. Haven't been able to sleep for several nights... so I've decided to quit coffee.. with immediate effect!

2012 - Guess most of you would have watched this movie by now. The movie is directed by Roland Emmerich, starred by John Cusack and the rest. LOL... lazy to copy.

It's just another disastrous movie, something similar to 'The Day After Tomorrow.

Looking forward to Avatar. However, Celine forewarned me that some people watched until puke, could it be due to the 3D? Anyone watched? let me know if you survive throughout! LOL!

What a Cafe World dream... zzz...

I guess I've played Cafe WOrld too much that last night I had a dream about helping CCM & NWS mending their stalls at a hawker centre. Not sure why the two IT experts have decided to switch to hawker. I reached the hawker centre and realised that CCM's stall only operates during lunch and dinner b'coz he runs it alone, I was a bit too early for dinner. Whereas NWS has a helper, so he runs it full day. Since I was already there, I helped NWS to deliver the food to the customers' table, almost unstoppable! Business is so good! Finally, CCM came, I went over to help him because he was alone. I saw him cooking sweetcorn soup and I asked him how soon will be it ready, he says in 18 hours!!?!

Shocked!!! and awaken from my dream... =.="
