Home Cook - Chicken Soup

Today break record scored 90% mark for my cooking! Yeah! Cooking half way already feel like eating, so sms Darl and asked him quickily come home! Haha!

Actually only cook 2 simple dishes = Rice + Veg + Meat only. The thing on top of rice are some seasoning bought from Japan.

This is one of my favourite vege : Nai-Bai.
Ingredients : Garlic, Scallop, Mushroom

This is Chicken Soup
Ingredients : 500g Chicken (4 drumsticks), 4 mushrooms,
ginger, wolfberries, sesame oil, rice wine.

Let's anyhow cook! Haha!

1. Clean the chicken & cut the ginger.
2. Wash the wolfberries & soak the mushrooms.
3. Heat up the sesame oil.
4. Fry the ginger slices lightly, then the mushrooms.
5. Add in chicken and fry on high heat for 1 min.
6. Add rice wine to boil with chicken, then add salt.
7. Add water to boil, then add wolfberries.
8. Simmer at low heat for 30mins.

Ready to serve!
