79 Days SLA to Acknowledge a Complaint?

Finally.
Finally received a reply from TM net after a long wait.
It took them 79 Days to acknowledge a complaint.
What kinda SLA is this???


Anyway, I still don't get any answer I want from their standard reply template, basically, they are asking me to wait again ... Have been waiting for more than a year already... Arrggg... This is just so frustrating!!!
